This vintage 1940’s 10,000+sqft mansion was Tucson’s best kept secret, secluded from any public access for nearly 70 years.
This is a picture of the ballroom, or Bull Ring as it was once nick named, it used to be one of three former inside swimming pools. Yes, I said three pools; it gets nice and toasty here in the desert.
Now the Bull Ring, along with the rest of the Maker House space, will be restored to its original glory, and start welcoming the community to the new meeting and education space that will be Maker House.
We’re very excited about this project and we hope you are too.
More pictures to come of the various restorations happening around the house, as well as news from other maker spaces around the nation and internationally.
